Bulletproof Agency proudly presents this podcast

On this episode of the Bulletproof Agency Network Podcast we are visiting our last session from Prolific North Live 2018. For the final outing we join Dan Nolan (The E Word) as he interviews Sandy Lindsay (Tangerine) in front of a live audience and discuss what the process of exiting a business and handing over control can look like.

Topics covered in this episode:

  • Building a business on strong principles and making it work.
  • Starting a new project to fill gaps in the creative sector and effect real change in the industry.
  • Making employees stakeholders in the company and how that can affect the culture and employee engagement.
  • The importance of getting involved in projects outside your business and volunteering to find new people and perspectives.
  • Employing the best people you can, and their impact in your business.
