Bulletproof Agency proudly presents this podcast

In this episode we join guest speaker Robert Craven, one of the UK’s leading consultants on growing digital agencies. Robert discusses planning for the future, how to grow, and how to avoid the myriad of pitfalls along the way.

Topics covered in this episode:

  • Too big to be small and too small to be big. The difficulties of growing from a small agency to a larger one whilst sandwiched between the big players and the tiny creatives.
  • Working ON the business, and not IN it. Robert discusses the difference.
  • Differentiating yourself. The importance and difficulty of choosing a speciality and separating yourself from your peers.
  • Investing in your staff and becoming ‘employer of choice’.
  • Strategy and planning, what’s the difference between the two? Robert shares his wallpaper planning method, to make mistakes on paper and not in practice.
  • What to have in your performance dashboard, and how to make board meetings shorter and sweeter.
  • How to cement your personal goals and begin making progress on them immediately.
